Gloucester Engineering and the Community

Gloucester Engineering is located in Gloucester Massachusetts; which is north of Boston on Cape Ann. Gloucester is famous for being America's oldest fishing port, and is the epitome of a picturesque New England coastal town.  It's natural beauty and rich history attracts tourists from all over the world.  Gloucester's strong fishing heritage is the cornerstone of the city's pride.  The famous "Fisherman at the Wheel Statue", that over looks Gloucester Harbor, is a trademark symbol of the city as a whole.

Since the very beginning, we have adopted the fisherman image as part of our company's identity.  The fisherman represents confidence, experience, and determination; which is what best describes our company. We involve ourselves within the local community by donating to local charities, schools, and other organizations. Since its opening in 1963 up to now, the company has employed a large number of the local population.  Our past and current employees have done nothing but keep our company's "tradition of excellence" alive.  Our relationship with the city of Gloucester proves that we are "more than machinery".
