• Complete disassembly and inspection of your existing Rotator with a written summary of the suggested rework
• Prior to any re-build, a full and cost competitive quotation will be provided to outline the exact scope of work
• Stocking of C-Style and K-Style Rotators for next day delivery
• Includes Monolayer through 3-Layer Rotators
• Gloucester Engineering has gone the extra step to assure all Rotators are rebuilt to the most recent upgrades. • All parts are cleaned in a vacuum oven and then measured to make sure they are to original specs.
• Stripping and Re-plating with Electroless Nickel, Chrome or Thin Dense Chrome
• For severe damage we offer Dabber welding to build up seal and bearing surfaces
• We can also sleeve the bore of the Rotators to accept different size bushings allowing the customer to use the Rotators on Dies with different size bore
• Full inspection report of each component that includes a detailed recommendation on what work GEC could do to improve performance
