Model 4180-S Bag Machine

  • Bottom or side seal bag machine

450 bag machine

  • GEC’s unique tandem head design
  • Shuttle machine principle of operation
  • Reliable hydraulic mechanical power transmission system with built in water cooling system
  • Machine can run in single or tandem head mode
  • Bag length range when running in tandem head mode is 10 – 20“ long
  • Machine can cycle both heads at 100 cpm
  • Machine available in 60, 70, and 80” widths

Bag Separators

  • An accessory to any GEC bag machine
  • Separates bags that are perforated on GEC bag machine and stacks them on a table
  • Dancer matches machine speed to incoming film speed
  • Machine is on castors for easy placement in line when needed.
  • Corrugating assembly stiffens bags for improved stacking
  • Model 401 mini Separators:
    • 11 and 18” widths
  • Model 423 separators
